Ingredients
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- 4 cups (1 litre) water
- 1 pound (450 g) washed rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 pounds (900 g) ground beef
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp of raisins
- 5 black olives, chopped
- 3 hard boiled eggs; 2 chopped, 1 whole
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely minced
